    charming decor
    convenient location
    decent restaurant

Charming decor, convenient location, with a decent restaurant offering breakfast that was acceptable, though the omelet station was a nice touch. the added convenience of 24-hour security made the stay feel safe.

    All good.

The Inn At Vanessie boasts beautiful Southwestern decor, with its adobe-style architecture and cozy common areas. The hotel's location made it easy for me to enjoy strolls to nearby shops and restaurants, ensuring accessibility.

More seating in common areas for seniors.

    live music
    cozy fire pit
    noisy air conditioning

Our stay was fantastic! We enjoyed amazing live music at the bar and had a great time relaxing by the cozy fire pit each evening. The only hiccup was that the air conditioning made some noise at night, but it didn't take away from our overall experience. 🌟

    spacious guest room
    great location
    limited breakfast options

The staff was incredibly friendly, and we loved the spacious guest room that felt like a home away from home. We enjoyed exploring nearby shops and dining spots, making our family trip even more special. The ease of parking was a big plus for us!

My kids wished for more kid-friendly breakfast options available on-site.

    cozy decor
    convenient location
    cleanliness issues

The Deluxe King room had a spacious layout with Southwest decor, creating a cozy vibe. Located conveniently for easy access to local attractions, it allowed for plenty of exploration during downtime.

Encountered numerous issues during the stay. The initial room assigned was lacking in cleanliness and comfort, dimly lit and rather musty. A second room was slightly better but still fell short of expectations for the price. The so-called resort fee felt misleading since there were no resort-level amenities available. Breakfast cancellation occurred frequently, which added to the overall disappointing experience. Maintenance was a concern, with reportings of noisy heating systems and malfunctioning lamps. Although it possesses charm, the execution is desperately lacking.

    unique room
    delightful stay
    internet issue
    compensation situation
    patio safety concern

The room was clean and uniquely appointed, making for a delightful stay. Breakfast, particularly the Belgian waffles with fruit, was outstanding! However, there was a minor challenge with the internet during our visit, which led to the staff providing a meal voucher as compensation. The location was convenient for exploring, though the patio stairs could use a handrail for added safety.

    comfortable room
    convenient location
    poor service
    limited dining options
    damaged amenities

The deluxe king room provided an intimate and comfortable atmosphere, enhancing our romantic weekend. It’s a quick walk to the vibrant Old Town, making it easy to explore local attractions. However, the front desk service lacked warmth, and the absence of on-site dining during the day was disappointing. Additionally, amenities like the fitness center were in disrepair, diminishing our overall comfort.

Pleasant Stay with Room for Improvement

We enjoyed our stay! The Deluxe King room offered comfort, though some bathroom fixtures need attention. Despite the breakfast buffet being closed due to maintenance, we loved the coffee and Danish served in the lobby. Be sure to explore nearby cafes for great breakfast options!

I had a productive stay at Inn At Vanessie. The Deluxe King room was spacious and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable workspace. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including fresh fruit, eggs, and baked goods, all presented well and served by a friendly staff.
